Raising children is one of those areas where the rubber meets the road for Christians. Is there anything we want more than to see our children grow up to love and trust both God and us?

Raising our children is equally important to God. He tells us He wants godly children (Malachi 2.15). He even calls our children His own, and that from birth (Ezekiel 16.20-21). Accordingly, God spends a lot of time in Scripture telling us and showing us how to raise our children so that they delight both Him and us.

But God is not the only one telling us how to raise our children — our culture is speaking to that issue constantly. And unfortunately, what God is telling us and what our culture is telling us are increasingly at odds. The temptations have never been greater for Christian parents to drift away from God’s instruction and example.

The purpose of this conference is to call us back to God, to take a fresh look at His instruction and example, and to renew our commitment to raise godly children God’s way.
